Shroxxeneathrel aims to ensure your satisfaction. This Return Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds in accordance with Dutch consumer law (Wet koop op afstand).
Right of Withdrawal
Under Dutch law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the product. You may return the product without giving a reason during this period. The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging where possible.
How to Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at helpinfocenter-@shroxxeneathrel.world or send a clear statement to our address. We will confirm receipt and provide return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we have made an error.
Refunds
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or proof of return.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. Your statutory warranty rights under Dutch law remain unaffected.
